Even though it was nice, sunny and blazing hot outside today with not much cloud cover on this extra ordinary Sunday afternoon I decided to head down to the second annual #GEEKMEET at Magic Island, Alamoana beach park, hosted by Ryan O. aka @Hawaii and various other people, geeks, aliens, pirates, and local sponsors who donated food, drinks, equipment, time, and cookies! To my suprise their were more people then I had expected, and the turnout was great! must I repeat and say that there were TONS of food at the geek gathering from Kalbi, Oysters, Chili, Hot dogs, Mochiko Chicken, Mac salad, and cookies just to name a few. There were tons of great people who all had something interesting to share which came with a bunch of great conversations on Tech, Web, Science, Photography, Video etc. From making solar powered Iphone chargers, to brodcasting over some radio waves, to shooting up the air waves with a wi-fi connection, today was an interesting geeky day. 

Some of the new twerps that I can now put to a face to that I met while on todays adventure were @rickyli99 , @Andybunatai, @Lauriecicotello, @fotoaura, @_Dznr, @chrishall78, while on the other hand meeting up with some other tweeters who ive already met that are great at stirring up a conversation with including but not limited to @Hawaii, @noe808, @NEENZ, @Twobeerqueers, @BullyOSullivan, @Kaeokepani, @Jlieu, @Nctrnlbst, @Tadasauce, @jeannemariepics, @pinapplejuice, etc
