Today is Saturday! March 21st, a day of rest and relaxation for many, a day to get away from the bother some work of a daily full-time job. However, after cetching up on a few DM’s, Tweets and e-mails I decided to do a review on Twobeerqueers.com! The reason why I decided to do a review on these guys is because of the local content, humor and quality of their podcasts videos that they bring to the world wide web. This review will be quite short but I will try to hit up on the 5 major w’s.
So what that being said, lets get started! Now if you don’t already know Twobeerqueers.com is a local developed website stright out of the 808 state. They do weekly beer reviews via podcast which are posted on their websites as episodes and from the look of their website, they were established late back in 2008 by 3 local superstars, Bully O’Sullivan, Russel Kealoha, and Bertram.
Even though they don’t get paid to shoot their videos by any main stream source of venture capital, Bully and Russel who are the Superstars of the show seperate the “good beers” from the “shitty beers” so that everyone who watches doesen’t have to. Currently, by looking at their website, it is hard to believe that they are already up to ep14 (episode 14). Bully and Russel try to feature the different kinds of beers available to the people in Hawaii. They mainly always do a review on 2 different beers on their show. They want to try to transition those “Heinekin and Budlight drinkers” of Hawaii away from that nipple and get them to enjoy the different kinds of beers that is out their.
Bully and Russel are two local boys who live on the island of Oahu in Hawaii who shoot podcast videos from one of their houses, not much is said about Bertram because he is mentioned but never seen in their videos other then the fact that he is probably the camera guy or the guy who does all of their video editing, but I may be wrong. Bully and Russel try to update episodes weekly and cover two new beers each week because frankly, they are Queer for beer. They have a special interest for bottle openers and pimpin people out in the early part of their show. They mix humor, current events and try to touch base with the local people of Hawaii.
